Hi, I’m Jeff.

I’m a special education teacher with more than ten years of experience working with students and families. During that time, I’ve seen how much strength, creativity, humor, and determination exist in people whose minds work differently.

I’ve also seen how overwhelming things can become for families—especially when they are trying to understand special education, prepare for an IEP meeting, or make sure their child receives the support they need.

That is why I created Wired & Grounded Co.

This business brings together two things that matter deeply to me: celebrating neurodiversity and giving families practical, understandable support. I wanted to create something that feels real—not overly clinical, impersonal, or filled with confusing language.

The shirts and other products are meant to celebrate individuality, encourage acceptance, and sometimes help us laugh at the everyday experiences that many neurodivergent people and families understand all too well.

The educational resources come from my experience as a teacher. They are designed to help parents walk into meetings feeling more prepared, organized, and confident. They are not a replacement for professional legal or medical advice—just honest, useful tools from someone who understands how complicated the process can feel.

You won’t find puzzle-piece imagery here. I believe neurodivergent people deserve to be represented with dignity, respect, and pride. Different does not mean broken, and support should never require someone to hide who they are.

Wired & Grounded Co. is still growing, and I’m building it carefully—one design, one resource, and one connection at a time.
