3. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WiredAndGroundedCo.com and your purchase or use of products offered by Wired & Grounded Co. By visiting the store, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the store or purchase a product.

1. Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information.

You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with the store's security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the store in an abusive manner; or violate another person's rights.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, garment, printer, and production process. Made-to-order products may have minor variations that are not defects.

Products, prices, descriptions, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable products, or an inability to fulfill the order. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are shown before purchase when available.

You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the total shown at checkout.

4. Digital products and license

When you obtain a digital product, Wired & Grounded Co. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, noncommercial use. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

Unless the product page or a separate written license expressly says otherwise, you may download, save, and print copies for use within your own household and for your own child's educational planning. You may not:

1.    Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, upload, post, or give the files or access link to others

2.    Edit or repackage the materials for resale or public distribution

3.    Remove copyright, trademark, license, or attribution notices

4.    Use the materials to train, develop, or populate another commercial product, database, or service

Schools, clinics, organizations, advocates, consultants, tutors, or other professionals who want to distribute or use the materials with multiple families must obtain written permission or an appropriate organizational license from Wired & Grounded Co.

Download access may be subject to the limit stated on the product page or in the delivery service. Current products are limited to 5 download attempts per customer. You are responsible for saving a personal copy to a secure device.

5. Educational-information disclaimer

IEP guides, worksheets, checklists, articles, emails, and other educational materials are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. They are not legal advice, medical advice, mental-health advice, or individualized special-education advocacy. Purchasing or using a resource does not create an attorney-client, advocate-client, educator-student, or other professional relationship with Wired & Grounded Co.

Special-education laws, school procedures, services, eligibility decisions, and individual circumstances vary. The materials do not guarantee any particular meeting, educational, legal, or school outcome. For advice about a specific situation, consult an appropriately qualified special-education professional, advocate, attorney, medical provider, or other professional.

6. Physical-product fulfillment and shipping

Physical products are made and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, and download-access issues are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The store and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, downloads, worksheets, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Wired & Grounded Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. "Wired & Grounded Co." and "Wired differently. Grounded together." may not be used in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, approval, or endorsement.

9. Third-party services and links

The store relies on third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, Printify, print providers, carriers, and digital-delivery services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the store will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that every product will meet every person's particular needs. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wired & Grounded Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or educational outcomes arising from the store or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Wired & Grounded Co. for the product giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Wired & Grounded Co. harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized distribution or commercial use of digital products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.

14. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
